For gift boxes and games - We ship pan India

To cancel your event or claim a refund, please send an email to f.k.saldanhavandergucht@gmail.com

Cancellations are not allowed on products and only allowed on events.

Please ensure your email includes the following details:

a. Order ID:
b. Cancellation Reason:
c. Refund Account Details:

Refund shall be made under following conditions:

a. Order was not delivered to the recipient. ( This does not include the case for unfounded recipient )
b. If there is any complaint regarding the quality of the product being delivered, we will inquire about the same and the customer will get a full refund or the product will be replaced.
c. In the case of an event, cancellation has to be made 7 days prior to the event for a refund
d. In case of products cancellations are not accepted, refunds only in case of delivery to the wrong recepient or product quality issues.

Any discounted or exempted amount cannot be claimed for refund.
