Return and Refund Policy

For Events:

Cancellation and refund is 7 days prior to the event

If cancelled between 7-0 days to the event no refund available

For Products:

No refunds available, unless the product was delivered to the wrong address or in cases of bad product quality or damage in which case an inquiry will be opened and case for refund can be made, refund may be issued on a case to case basis.

Refund Policy:

Refund turnaround time and policy: The number of days taken to process the refund and credit the amount to the customer's bank account will be 5-7 working days.
